Don't think twice!
Our time at The Zen hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. A special mention to the reception staff, restaurant staff, and other support staff who were always available with a welcoming smile. Outstanding stay with warm hospitality!
Our family of four spent 5 days at The Zen Ladakh in Leh, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The balcony and windows offered breathtaking views of snow-peaked mountains. Our stay was enjoyable, with delicious food and exceptionally warm hospitality.

Not as good as expected
The rooms assigned to us seemed aged. Eventually, we were moved to rooms within the primary hotel building, which proved to be an improvement. The dining personnel at the hotel appeared rather disinterested. During lunchtime, upon our arrival, they informed us that service would commence only at 1 pm, and nothing earlier! Despite our hunger, we patiently waited. The food, however, tasted delightful. The housekeeping and other staff seemed efficient. Nevertheless, the hotel failed to evoke a true 5-star ambiance. Unfortunately, the heated pool was out of service. There wasn't much within the hotel for recreational activities or exploration.
